Refund Policy

Subscriptions to Duey.ai are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Duey.ai account or through the payment provider.

In most cases, payments for Duey.ai subscriptions are not refundable.

If you have difficulties in canceling your subscription, please contact us at hello@duey.ai and put CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION in the subject line. We will help you in a timely manner.

If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product/service, we request that you provide a detailed summary of the issues you are facing such that we can make all reasonable efforts to address them on your behalf and/or provide guidance to remediate them. This policy allows us to address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our products/services remain at the highest standard.
